Because completing a near 5k this morning just wasn’t enough….
This Sexy Summer Arms HIIT Workout wasn’t as challenging as my last but it was definitely still a good one, and hey — she has the same first name as me so naturally I would have to like her! =)
As some of you know – the 150 mark has been a tough one for me to get below, but after weeks of healthier eating and consistent exercising I’m finally back in the 140’s range!! It may not be too far in yet but it’s definitely a beginning and a great motivator seeing these numbers this morning!! =)
