Working out through the residual pain from Saturdays Boot Camp class, didn’t make my target of 300 calories but came pretty close =)
My favorite rebuttal:
“By doing high-intensity interval training [HIIT], which means you incorporate intense periods of work with short recovery, your metabolism is elevated and you’ll be burning calories for up to 38 hours after your HIIT workout is completed.”

I’ve been having a stellar work out week so far and am planning on participating in my first ever Boot Camp class this Saturday. I’m a bit nervous but still excited to be doing it.
How have you stepped out of your comfort zone recently?
Did your workout make you sweat? If it did then congrats! If it didn’t then you need to do it again and do it better!
I’m never happy with a work out anymore unless I end it in dire need of a shower.
Feeling better and getting closer to my goal everyday!! =)
