Continous Effort

Every trainer will tell you that the key to getting / maintaining the body that you want / have is to be consistent….  THEY ARE RIGHT!
However, as a full-time working mom of three that commutes 4 hours a day to get to / from work this is always my biggest struggle.  Well, that and those damn Peanut M&Ms that are constantly torturing me lol!!!
Anyway – the reason for all of this is that I had wanted to apologize for being silent for so long.  Fortunately (because I am thankful for the reasons of the interruption) life just got in the way and this happens from time to time.  The good news is that even though I haven’t worked out solid in almost 3 weeks I was able to get a decent 30 min run in at the gym during my lunch break today and I feel great!
Looking forward to getting back into a hard-core, sweating it out routine!!
