Ok, so I thought this challenge would be a good one for me but it turns out that I’m just bored with it so…
Skipping the first 1/2 of the month and starting at day 16 starting tomorrow. Am planning on continuing some arms and abs too though and I want to continue to see results.
I am so super excited with my numbers lately!
Going to try really hard to stay on track today but it won’t be easy.
Happy 4th of July to all my U.S. friends & family and thank you to all of those that have and are serving.

I am SO excited!!! I had reached a plateau for a little while and have finally just broke through it!!!
Need to continue to be super self-disciplined over the weekend so that I can continue on this downward slope.

Alright – Day 1 is done!!!
60 squats + 60 hip thrusts + 50 Russian twists + 50 push-ups!
Ok – so I need to look up and see how to do a Bulgarian Split Squat but this looks like a good challenge to start July off with. Need to add in a little arms and abs so will likely just tack on some push-ups and Russian Twists.

And so ends another month….
I lost a few days because, well let’s face it – life happens.
Finishing out the month strong but falling a little short of my goal. I won’t let the discourage me though – it will only INSPIRE me to do better for July.
My best achievement during this months challenge is to be able to do 50!full planked push-ups without having to drop my knees. For those of you that know me – you know that I totally suck at push-ups so this is HUGE for me!! Thank you a millions times Kristen for the awesome workout ideas and your continued support! xox
