21 Day Fit Extreme – Day 12 Done!!

Was absent the last two days but still getting it done — starting out the morning with the Dirty 30 Extreme plus an 8 min core workout.  
Breakfast was a yummy new flavor shake — Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk / Coconut Milk Blend + Cafe Latte ShakeO + tsp cacao powder + a pinch of cacao nibs = yummm!! I’ll definitely be getting more of the Cafe Latte!

21 Day Fit Extreme – Day 10 Done!!!

21 Day Fit Extreme – day 10 done! Pilates Fix Extreme & 8 min abs plus my bonus workouts: 230 squats; 180 crunches; 135 leg raises; 190 sec plank; 130 tricep dips!I forgot to take before shots when I first started the 21 DFX challenge so tried to get some done tonight — here’s one of them – lol!!! 
Breakfast was a yummy s’mores shake, lunch was a loss — baby girl wanted me to have lunch with her at school and of course she wanted McDonalds so I had some fries with her. Dinner was leftover Butternut Squash Stew.

21 Day Fix Extreme – Days 8 & 9 Done!!

Totally missed yesterday’s workout — I fell asleep putting the kiddos to bed AGAIN…but…more than made up for it tonight! 

Plyo Fix Extreme; Upper Fix Extreme; 8 Mins Abs; 225 Squats; 175 Crunches; 130 Leg Raises; 180 Sec Plank and 120 Tricep Dips — oh my!!! 

21 Day Fix Extreme – Days 6 & 7 Done!

Dirty 30 Extreme & Yoga Fix Extreme plus 8 mins core done!!!

Breakfast was Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with a 1/2 banana and a tsp peanut butter, lunch was the salad in the photo and dinner was a fail with BBQ hot dogs (in a wrap tho) and 4 pierogies. 

Definitely doing better with my water ever since I started using my Shakeology cup for water – go figure…lol!!

21 Day Fix Extreme -Day 5 Done! 

Breakfast: Chocolate Vegan shake made with orange juice (yummmm!!!) – lunch was greek yogurt with blueberries and dinner was the Hearty Beef & Butternut Squash Stew. I did WAY better with my water today too 😊

Workouts: Cardio Fix Extreme plus 8 minutes core routine AND 200 squats; 160 crunches; 115 leg lifts; 95 tricep dips & a 2 min plank.
