Breakfast: Chocolate Vegan shake made with orange juice (yummmm!!!) – lunch was greek yogurt with blueberries and dinner was the Hearty Beef & Butternut Squash Stew. I did WAY better with my water today too 😊
Workouts: Cardio Fix Extreme plus 8 minutes core routine AND 200 squats; 160 crunches; 115 leg lifts; 95 tricep dips & a 2 min plank.
