Totally missed yesterday’s workout — I fell asleep putting the kiddos to bed AGAIN…but…more than made up for it tonight! 

Plyo Fix Extreme; Upper Fix Extreme; 8 Mins Abs; 225 Squats; 175 Crunches; 130 Leg Raises; 180 Sec Plank and 120 Tricep Dips — oh my!!!
