Today should be day 15 but my body is feeling really tired tonight so I’m going to give in and give it some rest.
I’ve had a good day food-wise though: Breakfast was a chocolate shake with a banana & a tsp of PB; lunch was a mason-jar salad and dinner was chicken tacos. Snacks were an apple and a rice cake.
Off to relax and enjoy and quiet evening.
