Tomorrow will need to be a reset — have had a migraine all day and tried to get in an arms workout tonight but the pressure of the headache is just too much 🙁
Today would have been day 16 but I’m going to set the clock back tomorrow and count it as day 15 and just forge forward…
Nutritionally though I did pretty good today — breakfast was a wholewheat waffle; snack was a rice cake; lunch was a shake; afternoon snack was an apple; followed by a porkchop, baby red potatoe and corn for dinner. I totally messed up on my water intake though, which may be contributing to the headache…I really need to do better than this!
