21 DAY FIX EXTREME – DAY 17 DONE!

Legs Day!!! Lower Fix Extreme workout done!  Increased my weights a little and my body is definitely feeling these workouts this week!  

Trying to stick to the meal plan component as best as I can – probably at 80% and need to step that up to 90% starting NOW
