Pre-Memorial Day 5 Day Slim Down Challenge — Day 3 Done!

Midday workout — WHAT?!?!? That was a good one!!
Breakfast was a No Bake Cookie Shake; Lunch was a very yummy Turkey Hummus Wrap; P90X – Sculpt A done!!! Dinner is either going to be left over Quinoa & BB salad or Chicken Asparagus Bundles – the girls want me to run with them later at their GOTR practice so dinner will depend on how I feel later – lol!! 

OH!!! AND I decided to weigh myself this morning — down 4 lbs since Sunday – woo-hoo!!! 💪👍😊
