Pre-Memorial Day 5 Day Slim Down Challenge — Day 4 Done!

Breakfast was a No Bake Cookie Shake; Lunch was leftover Quinoa & BB salad; dinner was supposed to be the chicken asparagus wraps but it ended up just being chicken and broiled asparagus with 1/2 ear of corn on the cob (was all still very yummy). Snacks were an apple; carrots & hummus and some watermelon with the kiddies after school.  Tonight’s workout was PiYo Sweat — if you haven’t tried this one yet be sure that you do, it was a great one!!
