Breakfast was a shake; lunch wasn’t so good – I didn’t plan to be out shopping for HOURS with the girls this afternoon and only had an apple with me so I indulged on 6 pretzel bite pieces until we got home and I was able to have the cottage cheese w raspberries.
Dinner was yummy kabobs with broccoli. Tonight’s workout had me sweating more than I have all week!! I did the T25 FOCUS workout — LOVE IT!!! This may need to be my next download 👍
