21 Day Fix Extreme – Day 15 Done!

Had a great day today! 

Kept my nutrition and water intake in check again — completed an unplanned 2.36 mile walk with pushing baby girl in her stroller while waiting for the big girls to get out of school — took the family out for icecream after dinner, I only indulged with a little taste here & there — finished off the day with Uppet Fix Extreme workout and now relaxing with a cup of tea.  It feels good to be back in it but I will confess that I had to push myself to get started tonight.  The challenges help me stay accountable so for that I am thankful!

21 Day Fix Extreme – RESET – Day 14 Done!

Had a few rough days last week for one reason or another so resetting my count to day 14 and only looking forward.

Kept my nutrition in double-check all day, increased my water intake & just finished up Plyo Fix Extreme. This is one of my favorite workouts!

21 Day Fix Extreme – Short Arms Workout

Tomorrow will need to be a reset — have had a migraine all day and tried to get in an arms workout tonight but the pressure of the headache is just too much 🙁

Today would have been day 16 but I’m going to set the clock back tomorrow and count it as day 15 and just forge forward…

Nutritionally though I did pretty good today — breakfast was a wholewheat waffle; snack was a rice cake; lunch was a shake; afternoon snack was an apple; followed by a porkchop, baby red potatoe and corn for dinner. I totally messed up on my water intake though, which may be contributing to the headache…I really need to do better than this!

21 Day Fix Extreme – Taking a Rest Day

Today should be day 15 but my body is feeling really tired tonight so I’m going to give in and give it some rest.  

I’ve had a good day food-wise though: Breakfast was a chocolate shake with a banana & a tsp of PB; lunch was a mason-jar salad and dinner was chicken tacos. Snacks were an apple and a rice cake. 

Off to relax and enjoy and quiet evening.

21 Day Fix Extreme – Day 14 Done!!

Today was a challenging Monday — had all three kids home all day and they weren’t exactly all getting along all the time…

Breakfast was a chocolate shake with banana and PB; lunch was a mason-jar salad and dinner was turkey meatballs. Had one snack which was a rice cake with PB on it. Fell short on my water today tho — need to get better with it somehow! 

Also forgot to take pics – was “off” all day with all 3 kiddos being home all day 😜

Ended the day with Plyo Fix Extreme and a 1/2 chocolate & PB shake.

21 Day Fix Extreme – Day 13 Done!

Today was a busy, as usual, Sunday. 

Started out the day with a shake, lunch was out so opted for veggie soup.  Dinner was BBQ steak and broccoli & cauliflower. 

Just completed the Yoga Fix Extreme workout. This is one of my faves. I almost got both feet off the ground together for Crow Pose — need to keep working on this one 😊
