June Health & Fitness Challenge – Day 2

No food photos today…you’re welcome 😜

Started out the day with Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, tsp of Peanut Butter and 1/2 banana. Lunch was a mason jar salad; dinner was grilled pork chops with three little red potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli.

I didn’t have much time for a workout tonight –  thank goodness for Beachbody On Demand – I found a great 15 min ab workout in addition to today’s scheduled monthly challenge workout 😊

I have to be honest for a moment tho – I almost used the “not enough time” excuse to not workout out because my energy levels are just really low today but then I talked myself into doing as much as I possibly could in the small window of time I had and I’m extremely grateful for the decision I made!
