Even though it’s Friday Night — still got my workout in!!!
This months challenge plus The Master Trainers Round 13 Strength from Beachbody on Demand done!!
Today’s menu items were: Breakfast = one piece of farmers bread toasted with peanut butter; Snack = 1/2 Apple (because baby girl stole the other 1/2 from me) Lunch = Chocolate Vegan shake with a banana; Dinner = homemade stew with LOTS of great veggies in it 😊
Feeling a bit hungry so will go search out a healthy snack and relax with a nice hot cup of tea.
