Keeping it Healthy

Wow! Where does the time go???

Even though I haven’t been posting everyday I have been staying on an 80% healthy track with my food choices. 

My workouts have been less than usual but I’ve been busy doing other things that have been completely wiping me out like scrubbing floors & carpet & painting….my arms hurt more now then on my hardest workout days. 

Was hoping to get a run in this weekend but so far it isn’t looking too good but I’m sure I’ll be pushing myself in other ways again. 

Hope everyone is staying on track this month & kicking butt! 

Here’s a quick pic of part of tonight’s dinner – it was really yummy!  The other part was homemade pizza which I only indulged slightly in 🍕🍑👍💪
