21 Day Fix Extreme -Day 5 Done! 

Breakfast: Chocolate Vegan shake made with orange juice (yummmm!!!) – lunch was greek yogurt with blueberries and dinner was the Hearty Beef & Butternut Squash Stew. I did WAY better with my water today too 😊

Workouts: Cardio Fix Extreme plus 8 minutes core routine AND 200 squats; 160 crunches; 115 leg lifts; 95 tricep dips & a 2 min plank.

Fell asleep with the kiddies last night and missed my work out but more than made up for it tonight!! 😊

21 Day Fix Extreme – Day 1 Done!!!

Plyo Fix Extreme workout PLUS 8 hardcore minutes of core PLUS 160 squats, 145 crunches, 100 leg raises, 120 seconds plank and 80 triceps dips.

Definitely feeling the burn but happy for it and motivated for tomorrow!
