June Health & Fitness Challenge – Day 15

Took a lot to get tonight’s workout done but I did it!! Had a busy day with 3rd grade Field Day for a few hours but it was so much fun also!!!

Breakfast was a Chocolate Vegan shake with 1/2 banana and tsp of PB; lunch was an apple and a Kind bar; dinner was BBQ chicken & salad.
Pilates Fix Extreme was tonight’s workout – off to make some tea and relax while waiting for the laundry to dry 😊

June Health & Fitness Challenge – Day 14

First – apologies for not posting for a few days.  Fell off a little here and there these last few days but fully at it again today!! 

Fell off track a little and with no real good excuse — back at it tho but lacking some photos from the day.

Breakfast was a shake, lunch was some fruit and a protein bar on the go, dinner was a salad with a little bit of pasta. 
Upper Fix Extreme done – some with a little company who brought me a water bottle too — love my girls!!! 💚
Feeling so much stronger each time I get my workouts in! 

June Health & Fitness Challenge – Day 7

Spent the day with Katarina at her 5th Grade Field Day all day & am so glad I did!

Today’s body fuel was: Breakfast: 1 slice of Brennan’s wholewheat toast with peanut butter
AM Snack: 1 Apple
Lunch: Homemade mason jar salad (spinach, kale, raspberries, blueberries, cucumbers, tomatoes & banana peppers)
Afternoon snack: carrots & hummus
Dinner: Veggie stew (already prepared and in the freezer from last 21DFX) as I just didn’t feel like cooking. 
No photos of food today – a true first in a long time!
Just finished Upper Fix Extreme 👍💪

June Health & Fitness Challenge – Day 6

I’m not one to normally post photos of my kids publicly but since this little cutie ended up being a part of this morning’s workout I just had to share it with all of you. 

Did my Challenge routine plus Day 1 of 21 Day Fix Extreme – Plyo Fix Extreme. I usually work out at night after the kiddies are all asleep but this little one has been on to watch Paw Patrol for 30 mins so I thought I would give it a try this morning. Well….  1/2 way through my workout she just wanted to be with mommy.  

The results… Sumo Squat Hops & the Bonus Round were done with her in my arms – lol!!  I’m sure I’ll feel it later today 😜

Off to enjoy some of this day outside then will finish meal prepping for the week.

June Health & Fitness Challenge – Day 4

Thank goodness for Paw Patrol!  My two year old very happily watched it this morning while I got my workout in.  Kill Cupcake with Autumn on Beachbody on Demand was awesome!  If you haven’t tried it yet you really need to 😊

Refueling my body with a shake then off to get this day planned.

June Health & Fitness Challenge – Day 3

Even though it’s Friday Night — still got my workout in!!! 

This months challenge plus The Master Trainers Round 13 Strength from Beachbody on Demand done!! 

Today’s menu items were: Breakfast = one piece of farmers bread toasted with peanut butter; Snack = 1/2 Apple (because baby girl stole the other 1/2 from me) Lunch = Chocolate Vegan shake with a banana; Dinner = homemade stew with LOTS of great veggies in it 😊

Feeling a bit hungry so will go search out a healthy snack and relax with a nice hot cup of tea.

June Health & Fitness Challenge – Day 2

No food photos today…you’re welcome 😜

Started out the day with Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, tsp of Peanut Butter and 1/2 banana. Lunch was a mason jar salad; dinner was grilled pork chops with three little red potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli.

I didn’t have much time for a workout tonight –  thank goodness for Beachbody On Demand – I found a great 15 min ab workout in addition to today’s scheduled monthly challenge workout 😊

I have to be honest for a moment tho – I almost used the “not enough time” excuse to not workout out because my energy levels are just really low today but then I talked myself into doing as much as I possibly could in the small window of time I had and I’m extremely grateful for the decision I made!
