Never though I’d say this but I’m Super excited to be able to do squats again without any knee pain – yay!!!
If all goes well I’m going to log a few miles of running in over the weekend – fingers crossed!!

WOW! I can’t believe it’s been more than a month since my last blog post – that definitely won’t happen again!
Life has been super busy but am refocused on ME and am so super pumped to just start working out again!
Will need to be baby steps for a little while though… I hurt my left knee some from running a 5k with my 8 & 10 year olds on Saturday – we finished it in 35 mins and that was with a few stops to ‘lose layers. My knee is finally feeling 90% better and I’m really looking forward to not being restricted in my work outs real soon!
