So, it was 11 days since my last work out…
Life has been so busy and hectic that I haven’t had the time nor the energy to do any workouts these past few days and now I’m just tired all the time…
I’m sure some of you have been here before and I know this won’t be my last time BUT last night I dragged myself out of the house and ran / walked a full 5k.
Feeling motivated again and, yes, those leg muscles all over but feeling good from it!!
Hoping to be able to get the routine going again as my body and mind both need it.
